no HTML For those of you about to get an update-HTML5. It has been more than a decade since the developers of the current version has been achieved through an upgrade. Many people are talking about the new features, how it might change the way all programs on your website.
One of the biggest issues discussed is the video tag. This could replace Flash for the well-allowing anyone to implement video on your site without knowing how to write a Flash file. It could also make load times faster place, allowing video to complement the content without losing potential visitors because of slow load time.
The current code is the "phase of the last call" and still has a lot of work ahead. Most browsers will have to play the ball before it goes into full effect. IE 9 is boasting capabilities of HTML 5, together with a long list of other "improvements."
For those of you with web design work, and want to review HTML5 first look at mobile browsers. Because the new labels, is a great fit for mobile browsers, due to quick load times. Mobile seems to be very important for web designers and programmers, especially with the popularity of smartphones.
aware is half the battle, so if you are not familiar with HTML 5, do not worry you have plenty of time to catch up. The official release date is not known at this time, and is expected to be sometime in 2022.

Does Every Business Need a Website?

“What’s your website?” That phrase is gaining popularity each and every day. We cannot deny that Americans are spending more time online as each year passes. We shop online, we communicate online, we research online, we watch tv and movies online and we even earn our livings online. Anything you need, at your fingertips, just a mouse click away. What does this have to do with your business? Well, if Americans are spending all of this time online, why not promote your business there?

“Websites are so expensive.” I have heard that one a lot and if you do some research you can find an affordable website. When used correctly a website can increase your business beyond what you thought was even possible. Plus, if you look at the price you are paying for other forms of advertising like radio ads, phone books, billboards, etc. (which will all soon become obsolete because of the internet), it just makes sense.

I believe that a website is just as important as a phone number for your business. I would rather look up a business online to get a full view of what they have to offer me, than to call and ask. Wouldn’t you? Take, for instance a movie theater. We all remember calling to find out the showtimes for a movie you want to see. You listen to the recording, if you’re lucky you might be able to press pound and skip through the ones you don’t want to see, and finally you hear your movie title and then someone in the room sneezes and you miss half of the show times. If you look up their website you can view your movie’s showtimes, a description on the movie and even view a trailer all within the time it would have taken you to get halfway through the list of movies via the telephone.

There’s also looking up menu’s for restaurants, prices for service packages to get your carpets cleaned, previous work of photographers and the list goes on. Need I say more?
