How do I access showtime on demand with FIOS?

We (temporarily) have on demand (supposedly), but I can’t find any of the movies! I look through the “on demand” , but all I can find is movies to pay for. Can someone tell me how to find the movies I’m supposed to be able to see for free…I can’t find the “ on demand” section – if that even exists.
