oh please, 6th sense was his ONLY halfway decent movie and only because the ending was a shocker. every other movie was such a rip off. the happening? lady in the water? the village? signs? even unbreakable which was creative yet a yawn fest…you consider this “art”? then you sincerely lack the taste of what true art is.

Those were harsh words mate. Every Director is unique in they’re own way. M Night Shyamalan has made fantastic films.

akotr3more, that’s extremely harsh to say. Now I’m just as passionate about film as the next person but M. Night is just a victim of his own success. The Sixth ense really set a bar that he has yet to surpass. I still respect him as a director but I think he’s still finding his way.

Steven Spielberg is a visionary. George Lucas was a visionary. Michael Bay is a visionary. They made great movies…nothing about M. Night Shyamalan speaks “greatness” or “visionary”. He got lucky with 6th Sense because it caught us off guard, but he hasn’t made a quality movie since. “The Happening” being a prime example. Please don’t ever put “Great” and Shyamalan in the same sentence as it does not fit right.
